TOURNAMENT PROCEDURE

PRELIMINARIES

Players selected based on World Arena Season 36 and Season 37 rankings
will compete in the PRELIMINARIES of each region.

    AMERICAS & EUROPE

    16 players will compete under double elimination for 3 days.
    8 players who win twice daily will advance to the REGIONAL CUP.

    ASIA-PACIFIC

    ASIA-PACIFIC PRELIMINARIES consist of 4 groups by region of residence.
    8 players from each group will compete under double elimination for 1 day.
    A total of 8 players, 2 from each region, will advance to the REGIONAL CUP.

    CHINA QUALIFIER

    16 players will be divided into 2 groups to compete in the PRELIMINARIES.
    Each group will compete under double elimination.
    A total of 8 players, 4 from each group, will advance to the CHINA QUALIFIER.

REGIONAL CUP

8 players who advanced to each REGIONAL CUP will compete
in the REGIONAL CUP under single elimination.

  • EUROPE CUP IN HAMBURG
  • AMERICAS CUP IN TORONTO
  • ASIA-PACIFIC CUP IN BANGKOK

  • CHINA QUALIFIER
    IN XI'AN

    The winner and runner-up of the
    CHINA QUALIFIER win a ticket
    to the WORLD FINALS.

  • OPEN QUALIFIER - KOREA

    Players who are WORLD FINALS host country nationals
    have the opportunity to play in an OPEN QUALIFIER
    before the PRELIMINARIES of the region are held.
    The winner of the OPEN QUALIFIER
    wins a ticket to the WORLD FINALS.

WORLD FINALS

12 players in total, 3 from each REGIONAL CUP,
2 from the CHINA QUALIFIER, and 1 from the OPEN QUALIFIER
advance to the WORLD FINALS.

SWC2026 REGIONAL CUPS and WORLD FINALS will be held offline.
Please refer to the tournament notice for more details.
